Operation Café Home:

Since living with a roommate that appreciates fine foods and drinks the same degree that I do, we’ve been cooking up a storm and eating like kings. Here are some of the typical dishes that we’ve made:

For Lunch:

• Spring Mix with cherry tomatoes and light balsamic vinaigrette
• Foie gras on French bread

For Dinner:

• Spring mix with homegrown organic heirloom seed tomatoes with light raspberry vinaigrette, with a sprinkle of blueberry stilton
• Garlic Herb breaded chicken over tomato basil bowtie pasta.
• Tequila lime chicken fettuccini

For Dessert:

• Tiramisu
• Rose ice cream
• Mango/raspberry/vanilla bean/dark Belgium chocolate gelato

Finish the night with:

• Vanilla café latte
• Vanilla tea latte
• Ca phe sua da
